The apartments are spacious, bright and comfortably furnished; they all have a small living room and a balcony.
The residences are of different types, from one to three rooms, and are complete with kitchenette and living room.
Spacious, bright and decorated in Art Nouveau style: they have a sleeping area with double bed (or two separate bedrooms) and a living room with a sofa bed, and they also have a TV, mini bar, air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, bathroom and balcony.
Balance of the remaining 70% 7days before the arrival to the hotel
Cancellation policies
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– From 30 days to 15 days from the date of arrival, penalty of 50%
– From 14 days until no-show penalty of 100%
Early departures will be considered as no-show
The deposit on 30% paid is not-refundable
